Danang Digital is committed to providing the best quality online marketing services, so our Refund Policy is designed to be fair to all parties.
It is intended to describe how refunds are provided for our services should either Danang Digital or the Client decide to cancel a service.
If you make a payment towards our services, you are accepting the conditions described in this Refund Policy.
Either the Client or Danang Digital may cancel the service by giving the other party notice prir to that monthly billing cycle.
Danang Digital may also cancel the service in the event of: nonpayment by Client; violation of any term or condition of the Agreement and related agreements; or Clients use of the Service disrupts or, in Danang Digital’s sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, could disrupt, business operations and/or hosting services; of if the Services are prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal or regulatory reason, by giving Client as much prior notice as reasonably practicable.
Danang Digital’s services are provided on a monthly basis, therefore the client will be responsible for fees for services booked and scheduled even if they have not been provided and paid regardless of when the client provides notice of cancellation.

If Client has prepaid for services one (1), six (6) or twelve (12) months in advance, the client agrees that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services regardless of when the client cancels the services.
Therefore, if the client’s account is cancelled at any point during the pre-paid contract term, Client will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund.
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 60 days.
The cancellation procedure is subject to change without notice.
Refund for Services including Website Design, SEO, Blogging, Social Media and Consulting
Prior to starting all website design and search engine optimization (SEO) services, Danang Digital will provide to the client a proposal or agreement so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before starting a project but must be adhered to once client makes an initial payment to Danang Digital.
Danang Digital may accept a refund request in some special cases and at our discretion but this will be decided at our sole discretion and any refund would be provided through a credit to be used with our services.
Refund for Lack of Results
We provide a Page 1 Guarantee detailed in our Start Up Questionnaire but we DO NOT provide any refunds or money back guarantees on services.
You also acknowledge that any payment of services is an acknowledgment of services received. You also acknowledge services of Danang Digital you are receiving are not tangible physical products but are intangible services of consulting on your business website to rank higher organically in Google’s search engine.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $250 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
